I have to say; I was impressed with the unique design of these Timberland’s work boots. The Pit Boss boot’s interior is relatively cool, while the Cambrelle fabric lining wicks away moisture and keeps perspiration at bay to help prevent foul odors, bacteria, and that icky sticky feeling that can give you wet feet.

That being said, I would caution against wearing these boots in the summertime unless you’re working in an air-conditioned office. Otherwise, you’re going to be one sweaty individual. But if you can handle a little bit of heat, these stylish, comfortable boots will last you for years.

Midsole

The responsive polyurethane material used in the midsoles of these boots gives them an impressive rebound that effectively cushions your step. The open-cell polyurethane footbeds reinforce this responsiveness, giving the shoes a bit of bounce on heel-strike.

Luckily, I was wearing my Timberland PRO Pit Boss work boots. The heat-resistant rubber sole did an excellent job protecting me from electrical shock. If it weren’t for the boot’s electrical hazard protection, the steel toe could have turned the small shock into a giant megavolt shock.

Things to Consider

I wasn’t expecting much when I ordered these boots, but I was still disappointed. Literally, these Timberland Pit Boss Work Boots weigh in at around 2 pounds.
